Girls Nite Out

Tonight was an absolutely wonderful evening. It was Sabrina's 30th birthday party get together and it was GIRLS ONLY. She decided to go to Montfort's Restaurant on Upper James.

The food was fantastic and I wish I knew about this place alot sooner. I got the chicken shwarma dish and couldn't finish it. I was so full that I had to unbutton my pants-it's the honest truth..lol!! Then I had to try and find some room in my tummy for April's yummy cake but low and behold I found some room. I would definately recommend this place to anyone who likes mediterranean food or who is willing to try. And the price is great!!

Nervous

May 23rd will be here before I know it. It's the day I write my last exam for the Lab Tech course I have been taking for the last 4 years. I should be more excited than nervous, but this means I have to look for a real job. Don't get me wrong KFC is ok, it just pays the bills for me. I don't enjoy working there anymore and some of the people are just getting to be too much.
I think I'm nervous because I have finally accomplished something that I have wanted to do for so long.
So after this exam, I have to start studying like mad for my certification exam on June 13th. No life for me for the next couple of weeks, like I have one now...lol.

Lil' Frustrating

Well it's not a major issue...just my cell phone.

Shane and I decided to upgrade our phones around Christmas time.

So I decided to look around and get info on phones that I liked. One of the things I told Shane was that I didn't want a flip phone, I'll go for something different....hmm

I ended up getting a flip phone...lol!

I decided to get the Samsung Cleo

Absolutely love it!!! I read the manual for this phone instead of tinkering with it like I have with other phones. I mainly got the cleo because I can expand the memory to 8GB....which means more music to put on it.....yipee!! So I bought a 8GB micro card so I can start downloading. I got home, looked in the box...no adapter...WTF!! I thought it came with one since it already has a 2GB memory. Apparently they don't, so I checked around and priced some and the cheapest I found was $35 bucks, which is not a big deal. But the phone Shane got came with all of that stuff. So because he paid a $100 bucks more than I did his phone is more special than mine....but mine is prettier looking....lol!!

So maybe this pay I will treat myself and get an adapter so I can start listening to music while I'm on my way to work.

Well, here I am. Trying to blog just like the rest of the world....lol!!

It's just after midnight, I am on days tomorrow and what the heck....why not try and blog. Not sure if I have the knack for this but i thought I would give it a shot.

I am tired as hell, cause all I seem to do is work work work. I hardly have anytime for myself or my family. Now with my HUGE exam coming up in June I will be hibernating in my house or at a library studying :( Oh well, it will all be worth it in the end.

So I guess that's it for now, I am getting tired and the screen is looking a little blurry. My next blog will hopefully be better.
